         Is approval required from your primary care physician?

Coaching sessions are not covered through insurance.

Payment:

• Cash and credit cards are accepted for payment.

• Payment is expected at the beginning of the session.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance or you will be required to pay the full

cost of the session.
